What I collect
- What you type into the quote form: your name, email, phone number, state, and your answers to the quick questions (coverage type, who it's for, timing, age range).
- What you send me directly by call, text, or email.
Please don't send health details, Social Security numbers, or payment information through this site. If an application needs them, we'll handle that through the insurance company's secure process.
How I use it
- To contact you about your request and put together your coverage options.
- To follow up about your coverage if you become a client.
When you submit the form and check the consent box, you agree that I may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. You can opt out of texts any time by replying STOP, or ask me to stop contacting you.
Who it's shared with
- Form delivery: the quote form is delivered to my inbox through Web3Forms, a form-processing service.
- Insurance companies: only if you decide to apply for a plan, and only what the application needs.
- As required by law.
I don't sell your information.
Cookies and outside services
This site uses Google Fonts, which means your browser loads fonts from Google's servers. The site doesn't currently use advertising cookies. If I add website analytics in the future, I'll update this policy.
Keeping it safe
The site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending information online is perfectly secure, so please send only what's needed to get you a quote.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, subject to any records I'm required to keep as a licensed agent. Contact me using the details above.
